The Dolphins have demonstrated a bit of everything this season so the jury's out on if this is the start of something, but for the Bills they'll require an immediate bounce-back in a tough game against the Buccaneers in week 11 as the Patriots are quietly moving into a comfortable advantage at the top of the American Football Conference East

Speaking of the New England, they're among three 8-2 squads in the NFL, all AFC teams, but could they be the best?

Although you can argue who 'the top team' is technically, the Patriots should be favorites to end with the best record due to their schedule - which features just a single matchup against a winning team, albeit a significant contest against the Bills

Traveling to Baltimore is also tough, but the Broncos have it more difficult in the AFC West with the Kansas City to face two times, the Chargers (who might also challenge for top seed but face the same problem) and additionally the Packers on the schedule

The Indianapolis also face the Chiefs, and have the Seahawks, San Francisco and two games with the five and four Jacksonville to contend with. There is a considerable distance to travel but the door is available for a surprise top seed in the AFC

Coming Up - Los Angeles and Seattle Prepare for Next Week Showdown

Both squads with solid claims to be superior to all of the three eight and two teams are NFC West rivals the Seattle and Los Angeles, who both scored forty points to reach seven and two before the upcoming major game between the two in Los Angeles

The next matchup on Sunday could be the most exciting of the season to date
